𓏸 為保護雙方權益，拆箱時請錄影，並保持外包裝及吊牌完整。
𓏸 瑕疵品以外，恕不接受退換貨。
𓏸 物件顏色會因拍攝光線、顯示螢幕不同而有差異，以實際顏色為主。
𓏸 衣物服飾皆以人工剪裁製作，誤差±2cm為正常範圍。
𓏸 若有網路商店購買疑慮請來店感受。
𓏸 我方保有取消訂單之權利。
Purchase Notice
𓏸 Once an order is paid, it cannot be canceled, modified, or combined. Please double-check the specifications and quantity before placing the order.
𓏸 Payment should be completed within 24 hours. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled and the product will be released without reservation.
𓏸 Only overseas customers may pay via PayPal.
𓏸 To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please record when unpacking and keep the outer package and hangtags intact.
𓏸 Returns or exchanges are accepted for defective items only.
𓏸 Product colors may vary due to lighting and display screens of equipment. Please refer to the actual items.
𓏸 All apparel items are handmade. A ±2cm measurement variation is considered normal and not a defect.
𓏸 If you have concerns about online shopping, please feel free to visit our store in person.
𓏸 We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary.
關 於 配 送
𓏸 寄件日為每週 三 四 五。若遇過年，重大國定假日，特殊連假則可能延期。
𓏸 現有商品下單完成付款後將於最近的寄件日寄出。
𓏸 訂製衣物於訂製完成後最近寄件日寄出。
（衣物訂製約需 7-14 天，需要更長天數將另外告知，有急件需求請於下單之前來訊詢問。）
𓏸 台灣（包含離島）宅配：黑貓宅急便。
𓏸 國際 / 海外地區：郵局配送。
𓏸 國際 / 海外配送，包裹在抵達您的國家時有可能會收取關稅。
Shipping Information
𓏸 Orders are shipped every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Delivery dates may be delayed during CNY, other national holidays or long weekends.
𓏸 In-stock items will be shipped on the next available shipping day after payment is completed.
𓏸 Make-to-order clothing will be shipped on the next available shipping day after production is finished.
(Production takes approximately 7–14 days. If additional time is required, we will notify you. For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing.)

𓏸 International Shipping: Postal service.
𓏸 International parcels may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.
瑕 疵 退 換 貨
𓏸 我方於出貨之前皆會仔細檢查及包裝，若有不慎疏忽深感抱歉。
𓏸 瑕疵狀況請於 7 日內聯繫官方line或e-mail並附上開箱影片、瑕疵照片及訂單編號，逾期恕不受理。

𓏸 瑕疵需退換貨時，運費由我方負擔。
𓏸 請保持商品及包裝完整（含外包裝、吊牌），若包裝遺失或商品有使用痕跡或異味，我方有拒絕退換貨之權利。
𓏸 以下情況非瑕疵，恕不接受退換貨
尺寸不合，照片顏色色差，與個人預期不符等。
輕微脫線、線頭、衣物壓痕，等皆為正常現象。
Return & Exchange Policy
𓏸 We take great care in inspecting and packaging all items before shipping, and we sincerely apologize for any oversight that may still happen.
𓏸 For defective issues, please contact us within 7 days via our official Line account or email, and please include unboxing video, clear photos and your order number.
(The delivery date is considered Day 1.)
𓏸 Shipping costs for approved defective returns will be covered by us.
𓏸 Please return all items in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
If the item shows signs of use, odor, or missing packaging, we reserve the right to decline the return.
𓏸 The following situations are not considered defects, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted:
- Incorrect size (wrong size selected)
- Color differences due to lighting or screens
- Differences from personal expectations (“not suitable” or “not what I expected”)
𓏸 Minor issues such as loose threads, slight fraying, or temporary creases from packaging are normal and not regarded as defects.
